The topic of the joint presentation with Merck KGaA was “Spatially resolved measurements of RADAR transparency for the characterization of painted surfaces as a function of pigmentation”.

The measurement of radar transparency in paints is still a relatively new aspect and met with great interest from paint and varnish manufacturers.
